The Role
As our chatbot specialist, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining automated mini-chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Setting up mini-chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs
* Integrating with ManyChat, Chatfuel, or similar platforms
* Crafting chat flows for:
+ Free webinar registrations
+ Filter questions for mentoring programs
+ Follow-up automation
+ DM keyword replies (e.g. "LOVE", "RETREAT", "PROGRAM")
* Developing a friendly, feminine tone of voice with premium positioning
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a seasoned chatbot expert with:
* Proven experience in setting up chatbots for Facebook and Instagram
* Fluency in English (Bulgarian is a bonus, but not required)
* Experience working with female audiences, coaching, self-development, or premium brands is a plus
