Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Booking Agent for arenaflex Spas, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calling (warm) leads and booking appointments for our clients using their booking systems
  • Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
  • Offering customer support via text and phone
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their customers
  • Working closely with our team to achieve targets and meet performance expectations

We're Looking for You If:

* You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or cold calling

  • You possess strong sales skills and a proven track record of success
  • You are fluent in English (written and oral) and have excellent communication skills
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and customer-centered, with a strong ability to work under pressure
  • You have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • You can work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day (11am-7pm US Eastern time)
