What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers in Spanish and English. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
* Resolving customer issues in a fair and compassionate manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable device for remote work
* A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for remote work
* A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in

Our primary location for this role is in Concord, North Carolina. However, as a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
