Job Summary

As an Email & Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients via email and live chat. You'll work closely with our technical team to resolve technical issues, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities
