What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating and scheduling concrete deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth delivery execution
* Monitoring delivery progress in real-time and proactively adjusting schedules to maintain service quality
* Utilizing dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders and logistics efficiently
* Documenting delivery details, customer interactions, and any service issues with accuracy and professionalism
