Experienced Customer Service Representative – 3rd Shift Amazon Store

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our 3rd shift team, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
• Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales growth
• Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
• Interacting with customers daily, providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Providing excellent customer care, communication, and friendly conversation
• Performing at a quick pace while having fun and thinking on your feet to solve problems

You're a Great Fit If

* You have retail and customer service experience, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction

• You're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn and grow
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong work ethic
• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
• You're a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
