About the Role

As an Application Manager for our BSI Customer Suite, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and development of our CRM system. You'll work closely with our Application Service team and IT department to identify and address the needs of our users and stakeholders, translating their requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the seamless operation of the BSI Customer Suite and data integration from our legacy systems

  • Analyze user needs and stakeholder requirements, translating them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that support digital transformation and customer communication
  • Optimize business processes and improve efficiency through the use of the BSI Customer Suite
  • Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for the CRM system, aligning with business objectives and user needs

What You'll Bring:

* A structured and independent working style, with a high degree of self-motivation and analytical skills

  • Experience with CRM system integration and maintenance, preferably with Confluence and Jira
  • Familiarity with agile working environments and methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
  • A strong affinity for digital transformation and change management
