Job Summary

As an Oracle Health Customer Operations Consultant, you'll work closely with our clients to drive the sustainment and growth of their Oracle Health investments. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing customer data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategic solutions to address their unique challenges. With a strong focus on customer engagement, operational efficiency, and project management, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to address their Oracle Health investment sustainment and growth.

  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic solutions to address their unique challenges.
  • Develop and implement operational efficiency strategies to optimize client's Oracle Health investments.
  • Provide exceptional customer engagement and support, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the customer journey.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic solutions.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and influence services opportunities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Oracle Health product updates to ensure expertise and knowledge.

Requirements

* 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of consulting experience.

  • Broad knowledge of Oracle Health HDI/HealtheIntent products, including their features, functionality, and applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and influencing services opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or technology.

  • Relevant experience in healthcare, consulting, or a related field.
