Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding thoughtfully to customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, while training AI systems to manage service inquiries and model a professional tone.
  • Demonstrating and modeling effective de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution strategies for both customers and AI learning modules.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture, analyze, and improve customer service interactions.
  • Providing actionable feedback to enhance AI's ability to handle complex service scenarios and deliver human-like responses.
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
