Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring data is entered timely and accurately into our freight management system
• Generating necessary paperwork for onforwarding activities
• Collaborating with other operational departments to ensure a smooth flow of operational processes
• Ensuring accurate and timely collation of transport documentation to produce freight distribution manifests
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will require:

• Experience in data entry-based positions
• Fast and accurate entry/keying skills
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer service focus and a "can-do" attitude
• A keen desire to succeed and assist with process initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel
• A driver's license and vehicle to get to and from work
