Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Liaising and coordinating with the service team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Dealing directly with customers to resolve queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Booking engineers' diaries and organizing repairs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Ensuring engineers are allocated the right time and resources for each job
  • Coordinating with engineers to ensure they have the necessary parts and equipment for each repair
  • Keeping customers updated on repair times and progress
  • Dealing with customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Performing general administration tasks to support the service team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service administration, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
