Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Social Media Agent, you will be responsible for providing fast, accurate, and personalized communication to customers through live chat, email, and social media. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and live chat software
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 20+ hours availability per week

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
