Job Summary

As an experienced live chat support agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on Amazon Store's website and social media accounts. You'll work independently to resolve customer queries, provide product information, and offer solutions to issues. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on Amazon Store's website and social media accounts

  • Provide product information, resolve customer queries, and offer solutions to issues
  • Work independently to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Use provided steps and instructions to resolve customer queries
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in live chat support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 10+ hours availability per week

  • Knowledge of Amazon Store's products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
