Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers through our online chat platform
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the automotive industry or with software solutions

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
