Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers, carriers, and brokers via various channels (telephone, email, online chat, or in person) to provide support and information on our products or services.
• Collecting and entering shipment details into our company platform to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Fielding customer, carrier, and broker questions and complaints, and escalating issues to assigned specialists or other relevant staff when necessary.
• Ensuring that all customer problems and concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Maintaining accurate customer accounts and records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or transportation-related field.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to resolve customer grievances.
