About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry and Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale customer-level experiments and in-market tests, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry and Analytics Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing large-scale customer-level experiments and in-market tests to measure the business impact of key initiatives
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions
• Developing and applying statistical modeling tools, techniques, and datasets to identify causal drivers of business impact
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive learning plans and align program objectives with specific and quantifiable partner, customer, and business insights
• Communicating complex analytical findings to business stakeholders through clear and compelling stories and presentations
• Leading data preparation of complex datasets and ensuring accurate analysis setup
• Developing and maintaining expertise in industry-standard A/B testing tools and technologies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics, or Marketing Analytics
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong data querying skills (SQL) and advanced proficiency in R or Python
• Experience handling data at scale via Spark (PySpark, SparkR, Scala, or Java) or other sources to generate business insights
• Proficiency in graphical analysis and data visualization (ggplot2, seaborn, matplotlib, Plotly)
• Solid knowledge of A/B testing and inferential statistics (sample size determination/power analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience with event tracking for web and mobile applications, using tools like Google Analytics, mParticle, and similar platforms to collect and analyze clickstream data accurately
• Strong collaboration skills - desire and ability to work with partners to achieve the best outcome for the business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing needs simultaneously to drive projects to completion with minimal direction and high attention to detail
• Knowledge of industry-standard A/B testing tools and technologies, such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Apptimize, etc., or Adobe/Test and Learn software
