Position Summary

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for website visitors, helping to answer questions, provide information about vehicles and services, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into leads. This role is key to ensuring our online guests receive the same top-notch service as those who visit us in person. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in real-time through the dealership's website and social media channels, providing accurate and timely information about vehicle inventory, financing options, service availability, and dealership promotions.

  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and test drives, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the appropriate departments (sales or service), helping to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and prompt communication at all times, using a positive and solution-oriented attitude to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure consistent and timely customer support, driving a cohesive and customer-centric approach to sales and service.
  • Stay informed on current vehicle models, services, and dealership offers, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest information and can provide expert advice to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or administrative support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
