Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in analyzing documents, extracting relevant data, and adding it to our FACIS database. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, data transformation, and quality control. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze documents to extract relevant data and add it to our FACIS database

• Conduct additional research as necessary, including contacting data authorities for guidance on document interpretation
• Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation
• Articulate data transformation processes effectively
• Take on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as needed
• Work independently with limited oversight, utilizing provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance
• Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing items within the Data Entry queue

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products
• Strong critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities throughout the day
• Uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations
• Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare industry experience

• Experience in data entry and comparison
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
