Key Responsibilities

  • Source Data Preparation: Compile, sort, and organize raw data from internal teams, external partners, and customer communications to create clean, ready‑to‑enter datasets.
  • Prioritization & Workflow Management: Establish entry priorities based on business needs, deadlines, and data criticality, and process source documents accordingly.
  • Error Identification & Resolution: Review entered data for deficiencies, flag inconsistencies, and resolve issues using established procedures or by escalating to the appropriate stakeholder.
  • Data Verification: Perform rigorous verification of entered records by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re‑entering data to guarantee flawless output.
