Key Responsibilities

  • Mail & Correspondence Management: Sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal communications across the arenaflex corporate campus and satellite locations.
  • Postage & Mail Account Oversight: Maintain postage accounts, track mailing expenses, and ensure timely dispatch of all shipments.
  • Office Supplies & Common Area Upkeep: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and keep shared virtual workspaces organized and presentable.
  • IT Meeting Coordination: Set up virtual meeting rooms, manage calendar invites, and handle teardown logistics once meetings conclude.
  • ID Badge Administration: Create, replace, and deactivate employee and visitor badges for the IT department, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Reception Desk Support: Answer inbound calls, route inquiries to the appropriate departments, greet virtual visitors, and manage badge issuance.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input data into arenaflex systems, maintain spreadsheets, and generate reports as needed.
