Position Overview

The Weekend Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative role is a critical component of arenaflex’s claims‑management team. Working a rotating weekend schedule (four 10‑hour days per week), you will operate from the comfort of your home while serving as the primary liaison between claimants, pharmacy networks, and client adjusters. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will revolve around accurate medication adjudication, data entry, and proactive communication—ensuring that every prescription is processed efficiently and that all stakeholders are kept informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Claimant Profile Management: Create, update, and maintain claimant profiles within arenaflex’s pharmacy network, ensuring data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Medication Adjudication Support: Assist pharmacies in the adjudication process, verifying that claimant medications are approved, correctly billed, and delivered on time.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact among client adjusters, pharmacy partners, and claimants to resolve medication‑related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate and deliver regular reports on medication utilization, claim status, and compliance metrics to internal teams and external clients.
  • System Updates & Process Adaptation: Continuously update client and claimant information in arenaflex’s suite of software tools, adapting quickly to evolving client requirements and workflow changes.

Essential Qualifications
