We are looking for a talented Director Mobile Product Digital Solutions to join our business team. The team will be accountable for the mobile digital strategy bringing Anthemâs next generation of mobile to the market. The Mobile Product Director will be accountable for leading a team of digital product managers (product owners), while also driving the mobile product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical implementation. The position requires extensive experience in digital product management, analytics, relationship and consensus-building skills, and the proven ability to think strategically in the complex and evolving healthcare environment. The successful candidate will have significant experience leveraging research and insights to drive holistic digital solutions in a highly cross-functional organization. This position is responsible for managing the portfolio of digital work across the assigned business unit and will be accountable for defining strategy and key deliverables and aligning resources for priority initiatives. Anthem is looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record bringing consumer grade mobile apps to market, a driven self-starter, problem solver, and someone that is passionate about creating remarkable mobile experiences. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: - Oversee the definition and management of high quality, product roadmap based on enterprise needs, team strategy and vision while collaborating with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and external partners - Acting as enterprise product owner: set priorities, establish accountabilities and anticipate resource needs - Deep understanding of the product, our business, and the competitive landscape - Comfortable with various development methodologies such as waterfall, Agile and Lean - Data-driven decision making in order to provide in-depth insights along with the ability to foresee rising trends to establish innovative leadership - Ensuring the overall user experience is optimized & appropriate - Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals - Hire and manage a team of world-class product managers, providing guidance and direction to achieve the product vision and strategy Qualifications: · Requires a BA/BS; 8 years of experience with digital product management with consumer mobile applications(iOS, Android, Mobile web); Proven track record of developing strategies, defining execution plans, and gaining company buy-in, including 4 years of management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
