Key Responsibilities

• Teach and lead recreational fitness and gymnastics programs for children aged 7 months to 7 years
• Contribute to monthly team goals in promotions and sales
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure exceptional customer service and program delivery
• Develop and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children and families

Requirements

• Availability to work 20+ hours per week, including weekdays and weekends
• Highly energetic and motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with children and a background in fitness, athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or a related field
• Effective leadership, motivational, and time management skills
• Adept sales skills and ability to meet monthly team goals
• Clean background check
