Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum that meets the needs of all students
• Provide daily feedback to students on their performance and progress, and use data to inform instructional decisions
• Differentiate instruction to ensure that all students are progressing and meeting their full potential
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Pursue ongoing professional development and growth, and demonstrate a commitment to being a lifelong learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of two years teaching experience in an under-resourced community
• A passion for being part of a team-oriented, mission-driven school culture
• Demonstrated commitment to closing the opportunity gap and promoting educational equity
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
