Join Our Team: Leading the Charge in Asset Protection and Investigations

We are seeking an exceptional Manager, Asset Protection - Central Investigations to lead our efforts in mitigating loss and exposure across Walmart U.S. stores through organized retail crime (ORC) investigations. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for driving success through strategic investigations, leveraging data insights, and building strong relationships with field leaders, law enforcement, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ORC investigations to mitigate loss and exposure across Walmart U.S. stores
  • Develop and execute strategies to prevent and investigate organized retail crime
  • Analyze multiple datasets to identify and build out investigations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field leaders, law enforcement, and business partners
  • Prepare materials and present to executive leadership
  • Manage multiple arms of a strategy simultaneously, demonstrating organizational and disciplinary skills

Ideal Candidate:

  • Deep understanding of Walmart operations and processes that create shrinkage and loss
  • Background in fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and investigations
  • Proficient investigator with a strong background in ORC investigations
  • Experience with data analysis and leveraging multiple datasets to drive insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build strong relationships

  • Competitive salary: $70,000 - $130,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in asset protection, operations, logistics, security, audit, project management, or related area (or 3 years of experience without a degree)
