Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs for students in a classroom, lab, clinical, and online settings
• Create and implement lesson plans, course materials, and assessments that align with program goals and objectives
• Provide regular and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance, professionalism, and conduct
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
• Participate in ongoing faculty and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices
• Collaborate with colleagues and program directors to ensure program quality and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered RN license and privilege to practice nursing in the state of employment
• BSN from an accredited nursing school required; MSN preferred
• 3 years of clinical experience; teaching experience preferred
• Clinical Instructor: 1 year of documented experience in the area of instruction
• Theory Instructor: 2 years of professional nursing clinical experience
• Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications and obtain approval from the regulatory board
