A Day in the Life: As a Remote Intermediate Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing accounts payable and entering invoices into our Odoo system
• Managing payroll, including employee hours, pay-check deductions, and withholdings
• Creating purchase orders and maintaining DOT employee files
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless relationships with suppliers and customers

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Peachtree, Excel, Access, or Quicken
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
