Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle (or familiarity with public transportation)
• Open availability preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of vaccination (or exemption)
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray required
