Job Overview:

We're seeking an innovative and strategic Associate Manager to join our Drive Experience team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience across all inbound support channels. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive quality experiences, improve processes, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless collaboration between operations, product, and engineering teams
• Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and contribute to product development to enhance the customer journey
• Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Global Support Ops, to create innovative solutions
• Lead and manage projects, providing visibility and insights to org leadership, and driving business growth in strategic areas

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in a competitive or challenging environment, with a proven track record of success
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think innovatively and resist conventional thinking
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation (SQL, Excel)
• Effective communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet people at their level and drive results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a relentless drive to succeed
