• Verify and enter transactions from lockbox and local deposits to maintain up-to-date records.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records, including invoicing, debits, and credits, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, including authorized and unauthorized deductions, to ensure prompt resolution and minimize financial losses.
• Coordinate with the collections department to resolve outstanding payments and develop customer payment plans.
• Prepare and maintain reports, including monthly summaries of receivables, to provide insights and support business decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational value by handling sensitive information with discretion.
