As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll review, data entry, collections, and billing. Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Accurately enter data into QuickBooks Online software
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
• Follow up on collections and billing out-of-pocket costs
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
