Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in-person, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless cargo operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the cargo team to achieve operational goals and objectives, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of freight.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
  • Ability to frequently lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds.
  • Commitment to safety and security, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in freight, cargo, or distribution center operations.
  • Excellent writing and computer skills.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role or call center environment.
