Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for supporting our Customer Service team in various roles, including Ticket Agent and Gate Agent. Your primary objectives will be to:

• Deliver world-class service to all customers, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and pleasant.
• Demonstrate strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a positive attitude inside and outside of work.
• Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, manage the check-in process, and ensure that customers have the proper documentation for travel.
• Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling items as low as floor level and as high as waist level.
• Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
• Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, using computers to check seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, and handling baggage.
• Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
• Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Consistently make safety and security, of self and others, the priority.
• Embrace a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds.
• Be authorized to live and work in the country you are applying to.
• Possess entry-level computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
• Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be fluent, both written and orally, in English.
• Must be fluent, both written and orally, in Spanish.
