Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Home Sewer Work from Home Specialist to join our team on an urgent basis. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling various textile materials into finished products using single-needle industrial sewing machines. If you have a strong background in production sewing, a flexible schedule, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble different types of textile materials into finished products using single-needle industrial sewing machines.
• Meet deadlines and be punctual to deliver and pickup orders, ensuring perfect quality.
• Maintain quality control and take appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision.
• Identify components and workings of sewing machines and perform basic daily maintenance.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet our high standards.
• Have knowledge of materials and be able to identify potential issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Production sewing experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• A flexible schedule to accommodate our production needs.
• The ability to work independently as an independent contractor (option of 1099 or W9 Business to Business).
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our software and systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills will be highly valued:

• Creating patterns and designs for textile materials.
• Experience with sewing tactical gear and leather products.
• Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Sewing medium to heavyweight fabric nylon products.
• Program and advanced troubleshooting of industrial sewing machines.
• Pattern making and drafting on paper and/or CAD.
• Veteran Military, Law Enforcement, and/or First Responder experience.
• Knowledge of firearms, MILSIM, Airsoft, MILSIM Paintball, Simunition, and UTM.
