Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer cases, performing research and analysis to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies
  • Using customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conducting research and interpreting results, translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
  • Providing insights to the ECR leadership team with process or improvement strategies
  • Working closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on recommendations
  • Reviewing customer cases, interpreting the life cycle, providing root cause analysis, and making recommendations for improvements
  • Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of contact center experience
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Demonstrated experience in data validation
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
  • Experience in analytics implementation
  • Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
  • Proven skill level in PowerPoint

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off, we also offer a range of perks and benefits, including:
