Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Engage with customers across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle all critical situations, including complaints and escalated cases, with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage each customer case from initiation to resolution, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout their entire experience
  • Provide quotes, process sales orders, document complaints, and address service issues related to shipments, billing, warranty, and product inquiries

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years experience in customer service and/or client-facing roles
  • Highly skilled and experience in information technology, time and project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (a plus)
  • Experience in conducting in-house training (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in the following areas would be a plus:
