Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in a Work From Home capacity. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers, assisting with scheduling transportation to and from appointments, medical, pharmacy, and other related services. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist callers with scheduling transportation to and from appointments, medical, pharmacy, and other related services
  • Administer non-emergent medical transportation benefits for members
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, utilizing technology to stay connected with colleagues and clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal language skills in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least six months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous customer situations and demonstrate listening skills and attentiveness to customer needs
  • Skilled at customer engagement and maintaining composure across a variety of customer and peer interactions
  • Ability to type in excess of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer support or service role
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of medical transportation benefits and services
