Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Educating customers about blithequark products and services
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in a virtual environment, is a plus
  • Experience working remotely is highly desirable

Experience

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in financial services. Experience working remotely is highly desirable, but not required.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs. You'll have the freedom to work from home and create a schedule that suits your needs.
