Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Educating customers about blithequark products and services
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
