Schedule Requirements
This part-time position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. You'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with regular breaks and time to recharge. Key Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
- Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Managing customer portfolios and organizing workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
- Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
- Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
- Recommending process improvements where applicable
- Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity
- An energetic and self-motivated approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with strong prioritization and time-management skills
- Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to think creatively
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
