Job Summary

As a Flexible Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your primary focus will be on consulting with customers on their rental needs, maximizing revenue opportunities, and overcoming customer objections. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids. Additionally, you will shuttle customers to and from our facilities, providing a seamless and convenient experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Consult with customers on their rental needs and provide personalized recommendations to maximize revenue opportunities

  • Offer products and services to customers, overcoming objections and ensuring that they receive world-class customer service and sales support
  • Ensure that vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids
  • Shuttle customers to and from our facilities, providing a seamless and convenient experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the transportation or rental industry

  • Knowledge of equipment operation, including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
