Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate - Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs
  • Maximizing sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriate, while maintaining a deep understanding of our store's merchandise and current promotions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including store displays and merchandise, to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Assisting with inventory and receiving of merchandise, replenishing backstock to maintain optimal levels of merchandise on the floor
  • Conducting markdowns of merchandise as instructed, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Performing opening and closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security, to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
  • Communicating customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Participating in additional responsibilities as assigned, including keyholder duties and other tasks as needed

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, although not required
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to multitask and resolve minor customer service conflicts, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
  • Alcohol Beverage Awareness Card (TAM Card) may be required, depending on the specific store location
  • Additional Security clearance may be required, depending on the specific store location
  • Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing may be required, as a condition of employment
