Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell
- Set appointments in a business-to-customer format, utilizing sales skills to close deals and meet sales targets
- Perform data entry and typing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks

Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in a customer service role
