The Role

As a Customer Support Chat Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and driving positive interactions on platforms like Shopify. Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat customer support to online shoppers via businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Handle incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries from potential new customers
  • Work independently, closely following provided steps and instructions
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to improve customer support processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support

What We're Looking For

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Contract and Compensation

* No fixed term contract

  • $35 per hour rate
