Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Data Source Identification: Identify and extract relevant data from various sources, including external datasets, to support business decisions and drive innovation.
• Problem Formulation: Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Analytical Modeling: Develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data visualizations to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
• Model Deployment & Scaling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and scale data models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Code Development & Testing: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to develop and deploy data solutions, ensuring high-quality results and minimal downtime.
• Applied Business Acumen: Translate business requirements into actionable strategies, initiatives, and projects, aligning them with business goals and objectives.
• Model Assessment & Validation: Evaluate and validate data models, ensuring accuracy, fit, validity, and robustness.
• Data Visualization and Storytelling: Develop compelling data visualizations and stories that communicate complex insights to diverse audiences, driving business decisions and informing strategy.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Deep knowledge of data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with expertise in at least one programming language (Python, R, or SQL).
• Strong programming skills, with experience in developing and deploying data solutions using cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers.
• Ability to execute projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting business objectives.
