Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, and ensuring a seamless experience from sign-up to activation. If you're tech-savvy, have excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
  • Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
  • Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
  • Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding progress
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process

Experience

While experience is not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on your skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
