Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Accurately document customer interactions, including notes and data entry, to ensure seamless follow-up and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and implement process improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining a quiet and comfortable workspace, and adhering to arenaflex's cybersecurity guidelines

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment; experience in a remote work setting a plus
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with CRM software a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar customer service role for a transportation or government agency

  • Familiarity with NYC Transit Authority's Access-a-Ride program or similar transportation services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, and analytics tools
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, Chinese, or other languages commonly spoken in the NYC area

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
