Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve patient issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients with professionalism and empathy
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient service requests
  • Providing accurate information about healthcare services
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions

Qualifications
