Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
