Job Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their arenaflex accounts, products, and services
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of arenaflex products and services
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and promote customer loyalty
  • Collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (preferable)
