About the Role:
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners
- Utilizing various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Providing expert-level support in a conversational manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive business outcomes
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective completion of required training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Previous customer support experience (1-2 years)
